Shane is formally educated in both business and psychology and has done extensive research in industrial/organizational psychology. He believes that God calls some people to work in business and that a successful business can glorify God.
Shane also does conflict resolution. When a company as two or more employees that are in conflict, Shane will investigate the problem. He interviews all parties involved and provides a report. The report provides a third-party perspective and options to be consider for resolving the conflict.
