Business Consultant

Shane works with small businesses to develop employee handbooks , advise on employee  disciplinary procedures and design social responsibility policies.  Shane is formally educated in both business and psychology and has done extensive research in industrial/organizational psychology.   He is the author of books The Christian Manager,  and Project Management & Business Psychology available on   He believes that God calls some people to work in business and that a successful business can glorify God. 

Shane also does conflict resolution.  When a company as two or more employees that are in conflict, Shane will investigate the problem.  He interviews all parties involved and provides a report.  The report provides a third-party perspective and options to be consider for resolving the conflict.

A suggested donation is requested for business consulting.  The suggested donation for employee handbook development is $700 – $1,000 dollars.  The suggested donation for employee disciplinary consultations is $150-$250 per incident.  The suggested donation for social responsibility plans is $100-$300. The suggested donation for a conflict-resolution investigation and report is $500-$800.

Shane is not a licensed psychologist.  He is an ordained, pastoral counselor with over 20 years of experience working in business as a manager.
